Quick answers

The setup uses one commercial refrigerator, adjacent shelving, and checkout in an indoor, controlled-access location on a real resident path. A measured footprint range will be published after the refrigerator is measured; the site visit confirms clearances, circulation, and placement.

For a qualified site, there is no installation charge, rent, or revenue share. The property provides approved space, pays for electricity, and allows service access. Electricity is not free, and this offer is not a blanket offer for every building.
